Beginners 1 Courses
This course is geared towards complete novices to yoga, and introduces the fundamentals of Hatha yoga to help build a solid and safe foundation for future practice.
Suitability: Absolute Beginners, those with limited experience.

This course is geared towards those who have completed the Beginners 1 course, or are looking for a refresher course to reintroduce or develop their practice. This course also introduces sequences and vinyasas.

Intermediate Course
This course is geared towards experienced yogis wishing to deepen and develop their practice by undertaking more advanced postures and techniques.

Private Yoga Lessons (Individuals and Small groups) Home & Away
Private sessions are available for individuals and small groups of up to three participants. This is a great way to get personal attention and focus, to work on specific issues or areas of interest and to have a bespoke yoga and wellbeing programme designed to meet your specific needs.
As well as providing a safe and private opportunity for reconnection with yourself, these sessions are a wonderful way to also reconnect with and spend time with close friends and family, or for busy people who cannot make classes or for people with special needs to obtain the benefits of a personalised yoga program.
Sessions take place at either the Home Studio in SW17 or in your own home. For sessions in your home all you need is a space that is peaceful and quiet and has enough room for a mat. Most sessions are for one hour (unless longer is requested), and can be arranged at a time that is convenient for you. The first session is 90 minutes as it includes a full physical evaluation and assessmment and a discussion of general health and well being.
Subsequent sessions are built to suit your needs, providing you with home practice sheets to enhance and develop your health , wellbeing and practice.
Duration: 1 hour (additional time available on request) Cost: £30.00 per hour (Home Studio) or £50.00 at your home (first session is 90 minutes) Privates session costs are for groups of up to 3 Discounts available on block bookings of 10 sessions (details on application).
N.B. For home sessions you will require a quiet space that is big enough for at least one mat.

One to One and Small Group Pregnancy and Preparation for Birth Sessions
The One to One and Small group sessions have been specifically designed for mums at all stages of their preganancy. It is never too late in pregnancy to add to your tool kit of skills and knowledge and these sessions are all about empowering mums with joy, laughter and gentle coaching and in doing so helping them to have a wonderful experience of pregnancy, birthing and delivery. These sessions are by appointment only and take place either at your home or at the studio at a mutually agreed time.
The One to Ones and group sessions are available as a one off booking, or as a course of sessions over the period of weeks leading up to delivery. These sessions are a great way to prepare for that happy event especially if due to work commmittments and pressures you have been unable to attend regular classes or courses and provide a great way to bond and share this special time with partners or friends who may also be pregnant.

Beginners Intensive
Do you want to learn more about yoga but do not have the time to commit to a course? Have you ever been to a yoga class but felt overwhelmed because everyone else seemed to know what to do and what was going on but you were lost? Have you tried a class but had such an awful experience that it has put you off yoga? Then the Beginners Yoga Intensive session is for you! The workshop has been designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of yoga and the basic poses in a safe and fun environment. NEW Introducing Vinyasa Yoga
Sun Salutations is the ultimate yoga vinyasa or sequence. It can be practiced slowly, holding the poses to help create tone and strength in the body; or quickly and dynamically - generating heat and sweat and creating the perfect cardio/isometric workout.
In this two hour workshop we look at the 13 individual poses that make up this sequence then put them together into a flowing vinyasa providing you with the perfect sequence to help improve or develop your own personal practice.

Meditation for Beginners
We all experience stress from time to time but when it becomes prolonged constant it can begin to take its toll on our health and wellbeing. Prolonged stress can cause physical damage to the whole body, and also affect sleep, mood, appetite, energy and poor relationships with others.
Meditation affects the body in exactly the opposite way that stress does, restoring the body to a calm state, helping the body to repair itself, and preventing new damage. It has been proved to reduce heart rate and blood pressure, calm and settle the mind, help with insomnia and to have numerous beneficial physiological effects on the whole body.
In this three hour workshops we will be exploring several different methods of meditation. Not all techniques require you to sit in a cross legged position and to try to' calm the mind', and during the workshop we will explore some of these different techniques, using the different senses and movement and in doing so hopefully provide you with technique that will help you to significantly reduce your stress.
